(GSC) was officially
opened in the
state-of-the-art
Cybercity Magarpatta
in Pune, India.
This new facility
complements
the Cerillion
offices in
Europe and
the Americas,
playing a vital
role in new
product innovation
and enabling
cost-effective
delivery to
our worldwide
customer base.

The
GSC operates
as an extension
of the development
teams in London,
mirroring the
same structure
and reporting
lines and leveraging
the core product
knowledge and
development
practices already
in place. It
is also being
used to extend
Cerillion’s
support team
coverage, capitalising
on the local
infrastructure
and personnel
to provide
first and second
line support
to customers
worldwide.
This dovetails
with the support
teams in Florida,
London and
Malta to enable
24x7 support
availability
across all
major time
zones.
With a goal
to grow the
office to in
excess of 200
staff by the
end of its
second year
of operation,
the GSC will
play a key
role enabling
Cerillion to
stay at the
cutting edge
of new technology,
delivering
cost-effective,
high-quality
solutions for
customers worldwide.

Pune’s Magarpatta City, where Cerillion’s GSC is based, is the first township in India to be awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification and contains a hi-tech commercial area with six million square feet of infrastructure for IT and IT-enabled industries.
