Team Leaders (Ref Code: TMLD-WEB)
You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in software development. You should have spent at least the last 2 years in a technical leadership role, preferably within the telecoms industry. You should have progressed into this leadership role from a hands-on software development position on which you should have at least 4 years experience. You should have a good bachelor of engineering (or equivalent) degree.
Fluency in verbal and written English is essential as is the ability to express your thoughts clearly and effectively. The ability to supervise a group of developers and provide technical leadership is essential, as is experience of project management. Other skills should include proven analysis and design experience and some experience in writing code on the following: C, Java, C#, ASP.NET, XML, SQL, Oracle or other RDBMS. Knowledge of CRM and Billing solutions would be to your advantage in the application process.
You role will involve leading, motivating, coaching and mentoring a dynamic team of developers, with responsibility for project planning, daily task allocation, tracking, priority management and reporting of status. We are seeking developers within two key areas – Billing & CRM.
Billing Software Developers (Ref Code: BILD-WEB)
Essential skills and experience are required in C, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix. Experience of telecoms Billing, Rating, Mediation, Provisioning and/or Java/J2EE (EJBs, Beans, JDBC etc.) will be a distinct advantage.
You will be part of a dynamic team getting involved with designing, developing, implementing and maintaining software across rating, billing, mediation, provisioning as well as common APIs. If you are a C/Unix, Oracle specialists capable of analysing complex problems and developing enterprise scale products/systems then this is an opportunity to join a leader in the convergent billing market.
CRM Developers (Ref Code: CRMD-WEB)
Specific skills and experience are required in ASP.NET/C# and/or Java J2EE, EJB within an Oracle AS environment. Experience of CRM products such as Siebel, Clarify etc will be a distinct advantage.
You will be part of a team developing ground breaking new CRM solutions using the very latest technology. The opportunity to cross train and develop skills in other areas also exists.

Testers (Ref Code: TEST-WEB)
We are looking for experienced Telecoms Test Consultant with at least 3 years demonstrable test experience of CRM & Billing in a Telecoms environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Test Automation tools such as TestDirector/WinRunner. Any exposure to Mediation and Interconnect is a bonus.
The Test Consultant will undertake the following key tasks:

Produce/interpret/execute complex test plans to test the acceptability of the new and changed applications against the defined acceptance criteria
- Support all aspects of the UAT testing projects through the full test life cycle including post deployment and verification activities
- Use test plans, systems documentation, business requirements and acceptance criteria to produce test scripts in preparation for test execution
- Responsible for automation of test cases and implementation of test Drivers and their maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining Test environments to include software updates, patches, configuration for environment variables, system parameters, and database maintenance
- Managing software defects in line with project priorities liaising with Project Managers, development team leaders and Clients.
Technical Knowledge and Skills

Full life cycle testing experience within a structured testing environment (ideally V-Model).
- Good knowledge of Unix, Oracle, SQL
- Good knowledge of Test Automation tools (e.g. TestDirector, WinRunner etc.)

We seek an individual with relevant experience to carry out the role of network administrator. The candidate should be an outgoing communicator, with the drive to deliver excellent service to Cerillion staff. Our product portfolio includes both retail and wholesale billing solutions utilising a variety of Microsoft, UNIX and Oracle products.
The key tasks that the individual will be expected to undertake:
