Cerillion was born from a simple realisation: that service providers needed to become as agile as possible in order to thrive in a new, post-deregulation environment. Increasing competition and service complexity meant that the traditional project based approach to providing CRM and Billing systems would become increasingly unsupportable.

So the in house billing division of Logica, which had been implementing CRM and Billing projects since 1992, struck out on its own to become Cerillion in 1999. Today Cerillion represents the marriage of world-class system integrator procedures and quality management with an innovative and flexible product based approach.
