Company History
Cerillion was formed in October 1999 following the Management
Buyout of the in-house Customer Care and Billing product
division of Logica (now LogicaCMG), which had been supporting
operators’ needs since 1992. From 6 customers in 1999,
the company has grown organically to more than 35 customer
installations worldwide at the end of 2005. With good profitability
and year-on-year growth of 40%, Cerillion is now one of the
fastest growing business support systems vendors in the industry.
