Company History
Cerillion was formed in October 1999 following the Management Buyout of the in-house Customer Care and Billing product division of Logica (now LogicaCMG), which had been supporting operators’ needs since 1992. From 6 customers in 1999, the company has grown organically to more than 35 customer installations worldwide at the end of 2005. With good profitability and year-on-year growth of 40%, Cerillion is now one of the fastest growing business support systems vendors in the industry. Cerillion is privately owned with institutional backing from Nova Capital Management Ltd and Granville Baird Capital Partners.
