Company History
Cerillion was formed in October 1999 following the Management Buyout of the in-house Customer Care and Billing product division of Logica, which had been supporting operators’ needs since 1992. From 6 customers in 1999, the company has grown organically to more than 40 customer installations worldwide. Cerillion is privately owned with institutional backing from Tempo Capital Partners (in a fund backed by HarbourVest Partners LLC) and Baird Capital Partners.
