By standardising on the Cerillion system across all four sites, Tele2 have built up a core team of product experts which has resulted in more efficient system operations, and rapid system deployment and upgrades. Working to tight project deadlines in Croatia, the Cerillion system was live within three months, including migrating customer data from Tele2’s existing outsourced solution.
