Cerillion offer” bill on time” lifeline

The convergent customer care and billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has launched a new interim and rescue billing solution. The “Bill On Time” service is designed to plug potential gaps in billing service that might be generated through delays in a new multi component customer care and billing implementation or through billing failures.
