Cerillion launches evolve e-zine on “service strategies for changing market “

Convergent CRM, Billing and Carrier Management specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has launched an e-zine to address strategic, management and technical issues that have arisen because of the changing nature of the market place.

Said Robin Burton, Cerillion Technologies’ Head of Marketing: Evolve is an e-zine that is resident on the Cerillion web site and will be published every two months. In the months to come we will be analysing the key issues in CRM and billing, primarily from a business and marketing perspective.

However, as this publication is for experts in the industry, we shall also examine important technical matters. We hope to entertain, inform and challenge you to consider new angles and make new connections. We also hope to be able to provide some tools to help you survive in a tremendously competitive but also compelling market.

Evolve is edited by Martyn Warwick, Editorial Director of the Decisive Media Group.
