Convergent Customer Care and Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies has today announced the purchase of the IBAS Interconnect and Carrier Management product business from CACI Information Systems, the leading systems and software house.
The IBAS product offers interconnect rating, billing and settlement to telecommunication operators and service providers. It also delivers management tools to maximise the profitability of interconnect business through advanced least cost routing.
All of the staff employed within the IBAS division of CACI have moved to Cerillion Technologies as part of the transaction. Cerillion Technologies will also take over support for all existing IBAS users.
