Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has announced a new contract to supply the Cerillion 1.2 system to Tele 2 Estonia for fixed wire billing.
he project will involve migrating the Tele2 Estonia fixed wire customer base on to their existing Cerillion 1.2 system to allow converged GSM and fixed wire services to be offered to Tele2 Estonia customers.
