Cerillion technologies signs partner agency agreement with wireless solutions international

Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Wireless Solutions International of Florida, USA. This agreement supports a strategy to develop business for both Cerillion Event Based Billing & CRM and Cerillion IBAS, the Interconnect Business Management system.
