Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Tele2 to provide a unified billing solution for mobile and fixed operations in both Estonia and Lithuania. This solution will provide billing for over 500,000 subscribers by the end of 2003. The billing platform will be based in Estonia but will cover both countries. The decision follows Tele2 Estonia's decision last year to migrate fixed wire subscribers to the existing Cerillion system that was already billing mobile users in that country.
