Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has announced a new contract to supply the Cerillion 1.2 system to an un-named South East Asian GSM operator.

The project will provide customer care, rating, billing, roaming and workflow management for GSM. It also includes billing for value added services including fax, data, call forwarding and conference calls.
