Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, have been awarded a contract with Guyana Telephone and Telegraph (GT&T) for the supply and Implementation of Cerillion’s fully convergent product suite.
Cerillion will support the National network of GT&T which operates both fixed line, data services. In addition GT&T is shortly to launch CDMA and GSM mobile to complement its existing TDMA mobile operations. Cerillion will supply its Mediator, Revenue Manager and CRM Plus modules as well as Cerillion’s Intelligent Reporter MIS module. Cerillion will also supply and integrate the GE Realworld, network inventory solution as part of the turnkey project.Commenting on the contract award, Sonita Jagan, Chief Executive of GT&T, said
