London, 6th January 2011 – Cerillion Technologies, an innovative provider of next generation customer management systems, today announced a new contract to supply its convergent CRM and billing solution to Talkmobile, a division of The Carphone Warehouse and part of Best Buy Europe, to support its MVNO activities in the UK. Under the terms of the five year agreement, Cerillion will host and operate the system as a managed service and provide migration from Talkmobile’s legacy systems.
Following a thorough and intensive selection process, Talkmobile selected Cerillion due to its track record of delivering MVNO solutions and proven time-to-market advantage for launching new services. Also key to the selection were Cerillion’s well established API layer and the thin-client CRM interface, enabling easy integration with Talkmobile’s IT systems and low impact deployment to its call centres.
“By working with Cerillion we are able to deliver a great customer experience to our current and future customers,” commented Paul Layte, Managing Director, Talkmobile. “Cerillion have understood our key project goals and I am confident we have chosen the right partner to help us grow our business.”
“I am delighted to announce another key win for our managed service,” added Louis Hall, CEO, Cerillion Technologies. “Talkmobile are one of a new breed of innovative MVNOs and a growing force in the UK telecoms sector, and I look forward to a long and successful partnership.”
