interACT is a suite of modular training and consultancy services for Cerillion customers. With more than 35 successful implementation projects worldwide, and many years experience in system configuration and operations, each interACT team member brings a wealth of solution expertise and industry knowledge to ensure that the interACT portfolio provides real value to our customers.


Approach
Cerillion has invested considerable time and effort to make all interACT services as flexible and interactive as possible, in terms of modular content, delivery media and cost. All training modules are available as tutor-led classes hosted on customer site or at Cerillion’s very own interACT training suite in central London, or as self-paced reusable learning modules available on CD-ROM with optional assessments. This enables the interACT team to deliver the right course to the right audience in the right way. In addition, it gives our customers comprehensive control over what is delivered, how it is delivered and when it is delivered.

Computer-Based Training Modules
interACT Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules are designed to be independent yet complementary in order to enable our customers to design their own customised training content, and to control when and where it is delivered. Each module provides in-depth coverage of a Cerillion functional area, allowing our customers to build very targeted training packages specific to their business needs.

Training Programmes
interACT Training Programmes should be regarded as learning partnerships. The cornerstone of interACT's training philosophy is to deliver discussion-led, interactive and above all practical hands-on sessions, set in an environment charged with enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Every training programme should be seen as a menu of distinct modules, each targeting a specific Cerillion functional area. Modules can be combined from different training programmes to create a more customised and enriched training experience.

Consultancy Services
interACT Consultancy Services act as a key advisory service enabling our customers to continually exploit opportunities to improve operating efficiencies and bottom-line financials. The interACT consultancy team works in partnership with each customer to develop the most appropriate consultancy package based on their specific requirements.

Induction Programme
The interACT Induction Programme covers the Cerillion end-to-end lifecycle from order to bill payment, and should not just be seen as a training programme for new joiners. It enables delegates to learn and experiment with configuration and system operations, and as such can be utilised as a sandpit or model office environment for more experienced users. The induction programme allows delegates to use and understand all major functional areas of the Cerillion system, exploring the integration and interdependencies between the various functional areas.

Certification Programmes
interACT Certification Programmes are aimed at those customers who wish to take more control over their internal training delivery by creating in-house qualified experts. Each certification programme can be delivered over a period of weeks/months, and can be customised to contain only those functional areas that are relevant to that customer’s implementation.

Assessment Programmes
interACT Assessment Programmes can be used to monitor staff skills and establish development needs. They are invaluable as refresher training, and are used to complement a CBT or training module to assess training and staff effectiveness.
