Relish offers transparent pricing with unlimited data packages and doesn’t force customers to pay for fixed telephone lines that they don’t want. Combined with this Relish offers flexible pricing options: there are no 18 or 24 month contracts. Customers can buy fibre-fast wireless broadband for just one month at a time or opt for a 12 month contract if they wish.
UKB Networks plans to open up their network to other ISPs, but will also launch its own service, through the Relish brand, to this new customer base. This wholesale / retail offering is hoped to be a repeatable deployment, and will be targeted at other towns and cities across the UK as part of the wider initiative.
