Cerillion was formed in October 1999 following the management buyout of the in-house Customer Care and Billing product division of Logica. Founded by a small team of experienced engineers and consultants who had been delivering enterprise billing solutions since the beginning of the 1990s, Cerillion identified a clear gap in the market for a product vendor able to provide a full suite of telecoms software modules which could be deployed independently or as an end-to-end solution.

In the rapidly growing telecommunications industry, many vendors chose to build their product suites through acquisition or integration partnerships. However, Cerillion recognised that the greatest business value could be delivered through a pre-integrated product suite built around a common technology framework – providing faster implementation, lower risk and far greater customer satisfaction.

More than twenty years on, our desire is still as strong as ever and we have grown to circa 80 customer installations in circa 45 countries. Cerillion now delivers a broad range of cloud solutions (SaaS), managed services and on-premise enterprise software and has been Named as a Visionary in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs three consecutive times.
