It provides a comprehensive set of features for selling to both new and existing customers, using a familiar shopping basket and checkout model. Dealers can search or browse the sales catalogue with their customers, before signing them up for specially designed packages and offers, as published from Enterprise Product Catalogue. Our Dealer Portal software can also be integrated with external shopfront applications for product browsing and selection as required.

Dealer Portal is an easy-to-use dealer management system which makes it easy to manage all customer orders. It includes a versatile search facility to retrieve order or service details, with easy data export for reporting or to calculate expected commission. Dealers can also carry out common customer management tasks such SIM exchanges and creating trouble tickets, with an audit trail of all activities recorded and available to users in CRM Plus.

  • SIM Exchanges – allows dealers to perform a SIM swap, based on their available stock. Depending on system configuration, dealers can be restricted to only completing SIM exchanges for their own customers if required.
  • Trouble Tickets – enables dealers to raise new tickets on behalf of a customer, as well as viewing and updating existing tickets.
