Cerillion Improves Position in 2015 Gartner Magic Quadrant for IRCM for CSPs

London, 26th October 2015 – Cerillion Technologies, a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management systems, today announced that it has improved its position in Gartner’s 2015 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs*. 

The Magic Quadrant report assesses vendors based on “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute”, with Gartner moving Cerillion’s position in both dimensions in this year’s report. Gartner evaluated Cerillion Enterprise, the company’s pre-integrated BSS/OSS suite, as well as its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) billing offering, Cerillion Skyline.

“Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for IRCM is recognised as one of the industry’s most authoritative sources for evaluating BSS/OSS vendors and we are delighted to have improved our position, we believe reflecting our growing reputation in respect of both charging and SaaS solutions,” commented Louis Hall, CEO, Cerillion Technologies.  

According to the report, “we rate solution suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions. Target buyers are communications service provider CIOs.”
