Cerillion is a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management systems with more than 25 years’ experience delivering its solutions to the telecoms sector.

We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant with a background in telecoms to work with our Sales Executives and Account Managers in all aspects of the sales cycle, for the full range of Cerillion products and services.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on new opportunities and leads to provide technical information on the Cerillion product capabilities to prospects.
  • Software demonstrations.
  • Working on and responding to requests for information/proposals (RFI/P).
  • Meetings with customers on-site and off-site.
  • A consultative approach to understanding customer requirements and demonstrating how Cerillion can meet those requirements.
  • Gaining industry knowledge and experience on general trends and practices in the telecoms BSS and SaaS billing markets.
  • Attending trade shows as required.
  • Working with and in support of the global team on all wider Cerillion opportunities.
  • Offering thought leadership and solution presentations to prospects.

 

What we are looking for in our next Senior Pre-Sales Consultant:

  • Educated to graduate level and beyond.
  • Organised, professional, multi-tasking, flexible and pragmatic
  • Quick learner, having strong analytical and Problem solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, telephonic and documentation, with proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Good interpersonal skills and collaborative team working spirit
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively and independently with minimal guidance
