Cerillion add Tele2 Ireland to Managed Service Billing Operation

London, 2nd February 2005 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, today announced that Tele2 Ireland has been successfully added to its managed service billing operation.   Tele2 UK has been using the managed service for the past year, and the extension to include Tele2 Ireland is a significant step in the growth of this solution.

The Cerillion system is located in London’s Docklands and is managed entirely by Cerillion staff. Customer Service Representatives are located in Mumbai, India. This solution has enabled Tele2 to launch very quickly whilst simultaneously keeping costs down. The implementation includes customer care, rating, billing, credit management and workflow management.

“We are very proud to be providing the billing support for Tele2 UK.” commented Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion Technologies.  “We are now delighted that Tele2 Ireland has decided to use this service too.  I believe that our outsourced model will become even more attractive to operators as the pressure to launch new services, both quickly and at low cost, continues to build.”

Said Bill Butler, CEO of Tele2 UK: “By using Cerillion for our service launch in Ireland we have been able to make use of the knowledge and experience of the Cerillion application which we have built up over the last year.  This has enabled us to launch the new Ireland service both quickly and efficiently.”
