London, 1st October 2000 – Cerillion Technologies has been selected to provide convergent customer care and billing for one of the world's first commercial UMTS services. Manx Telecom, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT, is implementing the UMTS platform on the Isle of Man, and expects to launch the services early next year.
