London, 10th February 2004 - Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Tele2 to provide a unified billing solution for mobile and fixed operations in Latvia. This solution will provide billing for over 200,000 subscribers.

The billing platform is based in Tallinn and already supports Tele 2 operations in Estonia and Lithuania. The decision means that nearly one million subscribers across in three countries will be supported on just one Cerillion platform.
