Cerillion is a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management systems with more than 20 years’ experience delivering its solutions across a broad range of industries including the telecommunications, finance, utilities and healthcare sectors.

Company History

Cerillion was formed in October 1999 following the Management Buyout of the in-house Customer Care and Billing product division of Logica, which had been providing enterprise billing solutions since 1992. From 6 customers in 1999, the company has grown to circa 80 customer installations worldwide, and now delivers a broad range of cloud solutions (SaaS), managed services and on-premise enterprise software. Pre-integrated End-to-End Solutions

Cerillion’s BSS/OSS suite is a pre-integrated solution that combines the functional depth and flexibility of best-of-breed systems, with the operational efficiency of an end-to-end integrated solution, to deliver the ultimate in system agility. It eliminates the high cost and risk associated with integrating multiple products from multiple vendors, enabling complete transformation projects to be delivered in as little as 12 months for a convergent communications provider.

Product Flexibility

Cerillion solutions are designed throughout to be service agnostic and scalable to grow with your business. The inherent software flexibility is reflected in our diverse customer base which spans everything from mobile, cable and quad-play telecoms operators, to utilities companies, digital service providers, media companies and healthcare providers. The same core software is used to price and bill subscriptions and variable usage transactions for wholesale, retail and white label services, as well as B2B, B2C and B2B2X offerings and multi-country service provider portfolios.

Starting from just three weeks to establish a Managed Service and ten weeks for a complete end-to-end deployment of Cerillion Express, Cerillion provides the fastest possible delivery and lowest risk deployment of any vendor in the market today. And with our BSS/OSS-as-a-Service, we offer a set of pre-configured software editions with purpose-built configuration and tailored workflows in each off-the-shelf solution.
