London, 29th May 2001 - Convergent Customer Care and Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has won a project to provide a fully integrated GPRS customer relationship management and billing system for Jersey Telecoms. The solution is to be converged with Jersey Telecoms GSM, fixed wire, ADSL and private circuit customer care and billing.   The system is due to be operational by the third quarter of this year.
