PMO and Commercial Support Analyst

Cerillion is a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management systems with more than 25 years’ experience delivering its solutions across the telecoms sector.

We are currently looking for a new PMO and Commercial Support Analyst to join in the delivery of our world-class CRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, and Interconnect solutions and liaise with customers, system implementers, business managers and our development teams.

Competencies / Capabilities – Behavioural

• Keen to learn and build a strong understanding of the commercial framework of Sales.
• Genuine interest in understanding how project delivery works and how this links to revenue recognition and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with cost, pricing, and revenue data.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both Sales and Delivery teams.
• Well organized, able to manage recurring reporting cycles (timesheets, revenue) to strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the key PMO (project management office) interface between Sales and Project Delivery, building strong working relationships across both teams.
• Support Sales throughout the bid and proposal process, including preparing cost-plus pricing and client-facing price presentations, and identifying and defining the costs to be included in the price.
• Manage third-party purchases and renewals required for projects, tracking costs and ensuring renewals are made before expiry.
• Support project teams with effort reporting, working with Project Managers to accurately track and report time and resource usage against plan.
• Manage revenue reporting and forecasting across projects, providing accurate and timely data to the business.
• Manage the monthly timesheet submission cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion across the business.
• Working with Third Party suppliers to maintain contracts, relationships and reporting and ensure future needs are supported.

What we are looking for in our next PMO and Commercial Support Analyst:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally in business, finance, or numerate subject.
• At least 2 years' experience in project delivery, commercial, finance, PMO, or bid/pricing support role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including building and maintaining pricing and cost models.
• Experience identifying and defining costs and preparing pricing or commercial proposals.
• Experience with revenue reporting, forecasting, or financial reporting cycles.
• Exposure to project delivery or PMO environments is desirable.
• Experience with databases and SQL is desirable.​
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
