Cerillion Product Forum – May 2025

Cerillion’s first Product Forum of 2025 offered our customers a look-ahead to the new features coming in our next product release and set out the roadmap for further updates during the year ahead.
The latest Cerillion Product Forum took place earlier this week, bringing together a wide range of representatives from our customer base around the world to see the latest updates to our product suite, and to have their say on future developments.
Coinciding with the recent launch of Cerillion 25.1, the newest release of our BSS/OSS suite, the Product Forum offered our customers an in-depth look at the hottest product features, plus a preview of further planned innovations.
As Brian Coombs, Cerillion Product Director, emphasised while introducing the roadmap: “Customers are at the heart of what we do, and play a crucial role in shaping our R&D programme.”
The online event focused on our roadmap for the next two years, including demos of the latest features introduced in this release:
- Promotions Engine – a major new addition in Cerillion 25.1, it empowers CSP marketing and IT teams to jointly set rules, validate offerings, and launch new products and promotions into the catalogue with unprecedented speed and simplicity.
- AI-powered Intelligent Assistants – pre-integrated within the BSS/OSS suite, these assistants are designed to support users and unlock further value across the system, including:
- Bill Intelligence explains changes in a customer’s bill using clear, natural language – proactively addressing one of the primary reasons for inbound call centre enquiries.
- Sales Assistant uses GenAI to intelligently select the most suitable products based on a customer’s natural language request, and then automatically builds a quote ready for customer acceptance.
The forum also provided the opportunity to showcase the latest enhancements to our Self Service and Mobile App following the launch of our composable digital experience at the end of last year.
Our Customer Forums play a vital role in driving innovation at Cerillion. These events create a direct channel for open dialogue and gathering valuable feedback from our user community.
