Driving innovation through collaboration: Cerillion Customer Forum 2026

Customer Forum

The Cerillion Customer Forum returned for 2026, bringing together customers and colleagues for two days of knowledge sharing, product innovation and collaboration. With discussions spanning AI, digital transformation, operational excellence and the future of BSS/OSS, this year's event gave our customer community a valuable opportunity to share experiences and help shape the Cerillion product roadmap.

The annual Cerillion Customer Forum brought our customer community together to share the latest developments across our product portfolio, exchange experiences and explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the telecoms industry.

This year's two-day event featured a packed agenda of customer success stories, product updates, panel discussions and interactive roundtables, with a particular focus on how emerging technologies and evolving business models are influencing the future of communications services.

Customer perspectives, product innovation and AI

After an opening overview of the latest market trends from a Cerillion perspective, the Voice of the Customer panel gave delegates the opportunity to share the challenges and priorities emerging in their respective markets, setting the context for the rest of the Forum.

Innovation was a central theme throughout the event, with updates on the product roadmap and a preview of the upcoming Cerillion 26.2 release.

A customer success story from Sinal offered a practical perspective on digital transformation and the importance of aligning business priorities with technology delivery.

AI also took centre stage, with a dedicated session on its evolution and growing role across the telecoms industry. This led into roundtable discussions with Cerillion experts on AI adoption and use cases, as well as customer experience and digital engagement, giving attendees the opportunity to share their own perspectives and priorities.

Celebrating customer success

A highlight of the Forum was recognising the innovation, ambition and achievements of our customers at the annual Cerillion Awards:

  • Sinal received the Spark Award for its collaborative approach to transformation and closer alignment between business priorities and technology delivery.
  • Telesur received the Trailblazer Award for its commitment to innovation and early adoption of new capabilities.
  • Neos Networks received the AI Pioneer Award for embracing AI across its BSS operations.
  • Gibtelecom and MVNX jointly received the Brand Innovation Award for their different approaches to launching, supporting and growing successful mobile brands.

Each winner reflects the ambition and collaborative spirit of the Cerillion customer community. You can read their full award citations at the end of this article.

Operational excellence and shaping the future

The second day turned towards the technologies, architectures and strategies supporting the next generation of communications services. Sessions on architecture and partner management explored how CSPs can build more flexible operations and support increasingly complex business relationships.

A customer panel, featuring representatives from MVNX and Gibtelecom, examined the opportunities and practical considerations involved in managing second brands. Representatives from Telesur and LINK Mobility also shared insights from their successful upgrade journeys, alongside a discussion of how customers can make the most of new features following an upgrade.

Sessions also explored 5G Standalone and its implications for service innovation, before further roundtable discussions focused on operational excellence and B2B strategy. The event concluded with an Innovation Forum, giving customers another direct opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the product roadmap.

Throughout both days, demos provided opportunities for attendees to explore Cerillion solutions and engage directly with our product experts.

The Cerillion customer community

Beyond the presentations and demonstrations, the Customer Forum brought together customers from different markets and operating environments, creating opportunities to exchange experiences, explore shared challenges and learn from one another. It also gave the Cerillion team valuable insight into the evolving needs of our customers, helping ensure our product strategy continues to reflect real-world requirements.

From AI adoption and digital engagement to platform upgrades and new revenue opportunities, the discussions reflected the breadth of priorities facing CSPs today.

Together, the presentations, discussions and Cerillion Awards demonstrated the value of collaboration and the strength of the relationships we have built across our global customer community.

We were delighted to welcome everyone to London and look forward to building on the ideas and conversations that emerged from the Forum.
